Next ECR Europe Forum & Marketplace

June 2010 will be a significant month for our industry as it will see the first Annual Summit of The Consumer Goods Forum take place in London.

ECR Europe, and the majority of the manufacturers and retailers that participate in ECR Europe, are supporters and active members of The Consumer Goods Forum. The whole ECR community in Europe looks forward to working together with The Consumer Goods Forum over the coming years on a wide range of shared programmes and projects.

Since 1996 the ECR Europe annual forum has been a focal point for our industry in Europe and attracted a wide and diverse audience that has made it the largest industry event of its kind. In reviewing the various options for 2010 the ECR Europe Board concluded that for 2010 the Industry should focus on The Consumer Goods Forum event. The ECR Europe Forum & Marketplace will return in 2011 with a new format and focus that will fully meet our industry’s expectations for the next decade.

ECR Europe will therefore not have a separate European Forum in 2010. Instead, it will contribute to the programme of the first Summit of The Consumer Goods Forum in London (download flyer here).

The next ECR Europe Forum & Marketplace will be held on 5-6 April 2011 in Brussels.
